: In 2306, Ioan forked to work on the Qoheleth project with Dear, and at the end, decided not to just quit and merge back down, but to continue on under the name Codrin. While eir features remain similar, ey leans more feminine than Ioan. Ey's relaxed on eir dress over the years and is usually found in a tunic and sarong in warmer colors, or traditional Romanian garb at fancier occasions. Ey's grown eir hair out and the curls have relaxed into a more wavy texture.

Michelle Hadje/Sasha
: The last of the lost, Michelle Hadje was RJ's ex and closest friend. She spent most of her time online as an anthropomorphic skunk, and thus went on to become the progenitor of the Ode clade. As Michelle, she's described as white of middle/near eastern descent, pale with curly black hair framing a round face, pudgy, and, later on, almost constantly exhausted. As Sasha, she's described as a pretty standard skunk but otherwise the same: "I just wanted to look like myself offline except a furry. Completely unremarkable and a species no one likes." After uploading, she found herself unable to stay pinned to one form without a lot of concentration (see [here](qoheleth/Sasha/003) for a description). Maddy kind of adopted the skunk form for herself in some weird reverse self-insert so [this ref](https://where-it-watches-the-slow-hours-progress.ode.clade.id/ref.png) is pretty accurate as a base for the skunk-type Odists.

: Dear is an anthropomorphic fennec. For complicated reasons related to the plot of *Qoheleth*, it's wound up with white fur rather than the usual tan. It dresses quite sharp, usually in a dress shirt and waistcoat, often with a jacket. Whether or not it wears pants is a matter of mood --- it has opted out of primary sex characteristics, so, shrug~

May is one of the skunks, and is described as short, chubby, and cute, more so than the rest. This is explained as a way to be seen as harmless and inoffensive, given her prior role in the clade as one who would influence others through friendships and romance.
