## Ingredients

| 1        | cucumber                    |
| pinch    | salt                        |
|          | strained juice of one lemon |
| buttload | dill and mint               |
| some     | black pepper                |

## Preparation

1. Peel, seed, and grate cucumber. Sprinkle with salt and let sit for five minutes.
2. Drain and squeeze the cucumber, then mix in with the other ingredients.
