<p>So I was looking for the characters for one of my names (<a href="http://www.twu.net/~ranna/makyochr.jpg">this</a> according to <em>Pharmako/dynamis</em>, <a href="http://www.twu.net/~ranna/makyochr2.jpg">this</a> according to WWWJDIC), and ran across <a href="http://www.twu.net/~ranna/makyo.jpg">this</a>. According to <em>Pharmako/dynamis</em>, <em>makyo</em> are "visions that appear at certain stages of the meditation path" and that "these visions are harmless, even excdellent, progressive stages, unless the practitioner believes that they signify complete attainment". </p>
