<p>I've repeatedly been told to 'try again later' or to 'contact customer support' (helpfully with no means to actually contact customer support). The real kicker is that my email address is, according to them, not a valid email address. What the hell? I have never seen such a poorly designed website that is intended to be used by so many people.</p>
