The opportunity to help cater an event - specifically, the benefit concert for my choir - has fallen upon a few friends and I, and I eagerly snatched it up :o) Details aside, here’s what I’m planning on making. Despite my heritage lacking in that area, I decided to include a few greek recipes, simply because they’re delicious.
