<p>I&rsquo;ve repeatedly been told to &lsquo;try again later&rsquo; or to &lsquo;contact customer support&rsquo; (helpfully with no means to actually contact customer support).  The real kicker is that my email address is, according to them, not a valid email address.  What the hell?  I have never seen such a poorly designed website that is intended to be used by so many people.</p>
<p>EDIT: Upon talking with customer support, I&rsquo;ve been informed that &lsquo;the error is with your data rather than with our systems.&rsquo;  I said thank you and closed the chat</p>
