I wanna get a fluorescent ink pen and doodle on people and take their pictures. Glowy henna. Oooh, and sprinkle fluorescent powder (anti-theft stuff) in hair and spread it out in a bluish-green corona.. :D
I could even do, like, cheetah markings or something.
