<p>I think it's time to dust off the old resume and start searching for a new job. If nothing else, I'd like to have something to bargain with when it comes to demanding a raise next month. After rereading a bunch of a friend's entries from a year or two ago, I just want to say "you aren't paying me enough to do the stuff you're asking me to do" more than ever</p>
