<p>I forgot to mention that I started a batch of mead last night, which is weird, considering how obsessed I am ^.^ It's a batch similar to Joe Matolli's Ancient Orange Spiced mead, except I didn't have an orange, so I turned it into a metheglin with dried rosehips instead. It was bubbling away in less than half an hour</p>
