<p>Neal - the manager of the Alley Cat (at least, hiring manager) - is absurdly good at these. He did the star ones I posted earlier, too, but for those he used a toothpick or thermometer probe or something for that. with this, all he did was pour the steamed milk down the side of the cup to push some of the coffee up top, then shook the steamer mug gently to make the leaves, with one last line down the middle to separate and pull them in one direction. So cool.<br clear="all"/</p>
