<p>I’ve repeatedly been told to ‘try again later’ or to ‘contact customer support’ (helpfully with no means to actually contact customer support). The real kicker is that my email address is, according to them, not a valid email address. What the hell? I have never seen such a poorly designed website that is intended to be used by so many people.</p>

<p>EDIT: Upon talking with customer support, I’ve been informed that ‘the error is with your data rather than with our systems.’ I said thank you and closed the chat</p>
