<p>Even with my completely fucked up jury, the lowest grade I&rsquo;ll get in studio class is a B+.  I saw my jury sheets, and they weren&rsquo;t straight &lsquo;F&rsquo;s like I was expecting.  Two &lsquo;C&rsquo;s, and two &lsquo;D&rsquo;s.</p>
<p>Also, we won&rsquo;t have to pay for sewer and water, which is good; less money to shell out. :o</p>
