<p>Racked ciders, both need to age. I’m gonna see about picking up some dextrose and bentonite clay tomorrow for priming and fining.</p>
<p>Started another quart batch of mead, this time a mint metheglin. Also, started a gallon batch of maple wine (actually acermel, but the amount of honey was insignificant) that should be ready to bottle in about two months. Hopefully by then, I’ll have some bottles to put it in.</p>
<p>Kinda bored, everyone’s at FC. Mostly just tired</p>
